The Christmas Season Book Tour is here!!!

CHAPMANVILLE. W.Va. - It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! The 2011 Christmas Season Book Tour is already here as we display and promote brand new Woodland Press book releases and our full catalog of top-selling Appalachian-based titles on the road. Autographed and personalized books make wonderful Christmas gifts, and all of our authors are currently on tour. So, join us for special booksigning engagements, bookstore appearances, release parties, and even greater fun during the holiday season. New dates are being added daily!!

-- Thursday, Dec, 15, 6:30 - 8:30: Charleston Town Center Books-A-Million will host authors Keith Davis, Geoff Fuller, Frank Larnerd

-- Sat., Dec. 17th, 2 - 5 pm - Drug Emporium, Barboursville, WV, will host Keith Davis, Michael Knost, and Frank Larnerd for a Christmas Book Extravaganza. The state authors will sign copies of "The Mothman Files" (Knost) and "Stories from the Hearth" (Hatcher); other titles to be featured will include "Mountain Magic" (Larnerd) and "The Secret Life and Brutal Death of Mamie Thurman," and others.

-- Sat., Dec. 17, from 1 to 3 p.m. - Reeds Home Decor will host a special book event with author and UFOlogist Kyle Lovern on Sat., Dec. 17, from 1 to 3 p.m. Reeds is located at the South Side Mall, at South Williamson, KY. Lovern will greet the public and sign copies of his two books, Appalachian Case Study: UFO Sightings, Alien Encounters & Unexplained Phenomena, Volumes 1 and 2. He will also be available to discuss the subject of recent Appalachian UFO sightings with those who come to the activity.
