CHARLESTON, WV - Above is the special link to a new video about a new title from Woodland Press, LLC. The video about the book, Writers Workshop of Horror, was created by Woodland Press author and friend Brian J. Hatcher. The new book on writing horror will be available in pre-release form and will ship to readers on August 1st, 2009. It will then be nationally released in October at the ninth annual West Virginia Book Festival, to be held at the Charleston Civic Center, in Charleston, WV.

Each year the West Virginia offers something for book lovers of all ages and interests: authors, publishers, book vendors, the Festival Marketplace, a special section just for children and a used book sale. There are also panel discussions, guest authors and writing workshops.
Among visiting authors at the festival will be Woodland Press contributors Michael Knost, Brian J. Hatcher, Keith Davis, Kyle Lovern, Brad Crouser and others. Knost will also be offering a writer's boot-camp during the festival.
