Michael Knost, shown at left, says this is exactly how you conduct a "perfect appearance and book signing" event—complete with great cigars and special copies of "Return of the Mothman."

The new novel, which is getting rave reviews across the nation, tells the tale of return of the Mountain State's favorite evil, red-eyed, winged humanoid. It's Knost's newest offering, published by Woodland Press, LLC.

"Maine might lay claim to Stephen King, but West Virginia can’t ever be too envious as long as they have Michael Knost in their corner," said Thomas F. Monteleone, author of over 35 bestselling novels and four-time winner of the Bram Stoker Award.

The "Return of the Mothman" event all happened on Sat., Feb. 15th, 2014 at the Squire Tobacconist, 104 Hills Plaza, in Charleston, WV. It's especially appropriate to have a book event at the premier tobacco shop, since Squire Tobacconist is mentioned in the book, and its owner, Charlie Morgan, shown at right, is a character in the new thriller.
